This website is static and does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics or any other client-side data collection. The only personal data processed in connection with this site is what visitors voluntarily provide:
- Email correspondence sent to info@magalhaespartners.com: name, email address, content of the message, and any attachments.
- Telephone contact via +41 41 511 23 78: caller identification metadata as transmitted by the telephone provider.
3. Server logs
The hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically records standard server-log information when this website is accessed: IP address, browser type, referring URL, date and time of access. These logs are processed by the hosting provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and are not used by Magalhaes Holding GmbH for any profiling, advertising, or marketing purpose.
4. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the visitor’s enquiry and conducting any subsequent legitimate business correspondence. Data is not used for marketing, profiling, advertising, or automated decision-making.

8. International transfers
The hosting provider (Cloudflare) operates a global network. Server-log data may therefore be processed in countries outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Cloudflare maintains contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
